The Federal Agency for Science and Innovation is a federal executive authority performing functions on realization of the state policy, rendering of government services, state-owned property management in the sphere of scientific, research and technology and innovative activity, including activity of federal centres of science and high technologies, state science centres, unique scientific frameworks and attitudes, federal multiple-access centres, leading scientific schools, national research computer network of a new generation and information support of scientific, research and technology and innovative activity.
