Mr. Kalina
| Mr. Isaac KALINA Deputy Minister of Education and Science He was born on November 14th, 1950 in the Orenburg Region. In 1972 he graduated from the Orenburg State Pedagogical Institute named after V.P. Chkalov. He received a degree in mathematics. In 1998 he graduated from the Russian Academy of State Service attached to the President of the Russian Federation in the subject of state and municipal management. 1972-1973 - he served in the Soviet Army. In 1973 he was a teacher in the Specialized Vocational School-12 in the village Sharlyk, Orenburg Region. In 1981 he was teacher of mathematics in the Secondary School No2 in the village Sharlyk. In 1984 he moved to Orenburg and was appointed to Director of the Boarding School No1. In 1989 he was on the state service as Head of Department of Education of the Promyshlenny District in the city of Orenburg. In 1992 he was appointed to Deputy Head of the Main Administration of Education in the Orenburg Regional Administration. In 1996-2002 he was Chief of the Main Administration of Education in the Orenburg Regional Administration. In 2002-2004 he was Deputy Director General of the "Publishing House Prosveschenie" Federal State Unitary Enterprise. In 2004 he was invited to the Ministry of Education and Science for the position of Department Director of State Policy in the Sphere of Education (now Department of State Policy and Legal Regulation in the Sphere of Education). He is a Master of Science in Pedagogy and an Honoured Teacher of the Russian Federation. He is married, and has two children. |
