![]() Speeches (rus) | Mr. Vladimir FRIDLYANOV Deputy Minister of Education and Science Was born on 23rd of November, 1945 in Kuibyshev. In 1968 graduated from Moscow Automotive Institute, trained as a mechanic engineer of automotive engineering. Following graduation from the Institute within 15 years from 1968 till1983 worked in Central scientific-research automobile and automotor Institute of the Ministry of Automotive Industry of Moscow, having risen from design engineer of the 3rd category to the head of the department. From 1983 till 1988 held office of the deputy chief of section of the general department of science and technology of the USSR State Planning Committee. From 1988 till 1991 held office of the chief of section of the general department of science and technology of the USSR State Planning Committee. In 1991 held offices of the deputy chief of the department, the chief of section of the department of innovative and science and technology policy of the Ministry of Economics and forecasts of the USSR. In 1992 held office of the chief of section of government programs coordination, innovative policy and development of fundamental researches of the Ministry of economy and finance of the Russian Federation. From 1992 till 2000 held offices of the chief of section, the chief of the department, the deputy chief of the Department, the deputy director of the Department of Ministry of Economy of Russia. From 2000 till 2002 the chief of the General department of industry and science of the Ministry of Industry and Science of Russia. By the order of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation N 103-R of 05th of February, 2002 was appointed as a Deputy Minister of Industry, Science and Technology of the Russian Federation. On April, 5th, 2004 by the order of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation was appointed as a Deputy Minister of science and education of the Russian Federation. Doctor of Science, Economics, the author of two inventions and several scientific papers. In 2002 was awarded the Order of Friendship. |
