 | Mr. Alexander VOLODIN Director of Department of budget process organizing, account and reporting Born on October, 10, 1952, in Moscow. He graduated from the Moscow institute of national economy of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor with the specialty "machines and devices of food production" (1975). In 1975 he worked as engineer-technologist at the Moscow specialized center of refrigerating equipment of the Ministry of trade of the USSR. In 1975-1976 served in army. In 1977 he was an engineer at the Ministry of motor-car industry of the USSR. 1977-1984 - a senior engineer, a leading economist, a chief of the department of the Ministry of tractor and agricultural machine-building of the USSR. 1984-1988 - a leading economist, a chief of the department of the Ministry of agricultural and tractor machine-building of the USSR. 1988-1992 - a main specialist, deputy chief of the department, an acting chief of the sub-department, a deputy chief of the main board of the State committee of the USSR on science and technique. 1992-2000 - a deputy chief of the board, a chief of the board, a chief accountant of the Ministry of science and technologies of the Russian Federation. 2000-2004 - a deputy chief of the board, a deputy chief of the department of the Ministry of industry, science and technologies of the Russian Federation. 2004-2010 - a chief of the Department of finance, account and reporting of the Federal agency on science and innovations. In June, 2010, he became a chief of the Department of finance, account and reporting of the Ministry of education and science of Russia. Since July, 2011 the Director of Department of budget process organizing, account and reporting of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation. Ph. D. in Economy.
