 | Mr. Gennadiy SHEPELEV Director of Department of federal target programs and projects He was born on October, 28, 1954, in Ramenskoe town of Moscow region. Graduated from Moscow institute of physics and technology with the specialty engineer-physicist (1978). From 1981 to 1990 and from 1995 to 2003 - junior, senior staff scientist, head of laboratory of the Scientific research institute "Polus", Moscow. From 1989 to 2003 - head of a number of small-scale innovative enterprises. Took part in creation of more than 10 laser technological complexes of various destination as developer and chief designer. From 2003 worked in the Ministry of industry and education of Russia. From 2004 worked in Rosnauka as chief of department, deputy chief of administration, chief of administration. In June, 2010, became the head of Department of federal target programs and projects of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation. Ph. D. in Physics & Math. He is married and has a son. |
