 | Mr. Alexander NAUMOV Director of Department of the State Scientific and Innovative Policy He was born on February 27, 1954, in Chita. In 1976 he graduated from the F.E. Dzerzhinski Military Academy in 'radio engineering'. From 1976 to 1985 he served in Armed Forces of the Soviet Union. In 1985-2002 he was an inspecting engineer, a head of group, a senior inspecting engineer, a deputy chief, and a chief of Inventions Directorate at the Russian Ministry of Defense. From 2002 to 2004 he was a deputy chief of the Department of intellectual property of the Ministry of industry and science, a deputy chief of the Department - a head of the Department of innovative development of the Ministry of industry and science of Russia. In 2004-2008 he was a deputy director of the Department of scientific innovative policy of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. Since September 2008 he is the Director of the Department of the State Scientific and Innovative Policy of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. He is rewarded by the order "For merits before the Fatherland" II degree, "For irreproachable service in the Armed Forces" I, II, III degree, "60 years of the AF of the USSR", 70 years of the AF of the USSR", "In memory of 850 years jubilee of Moscow". He speaks English. He is married and has two sons and a daughter. |
