Mr. Miklushevskii
 | Mr. Vladimir MIKLUSHEVSKY Director of Department of forecasts and budgeting organization Was born on the 15th of September, 1967 in Sverdlovsk. In 1990 graduated with honours from Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys, trained as "metallurgical engineer ". In 2002-2003 received occupational retraining under the program "Director of economy and finance" in Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. In 1990-1993 took postgraduate education in Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys. In 1993 signed up in Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys on specialized department of rare metals and metal powder industry where rose from the assistant to the head of the department. In 1998 was appointed as a chief of economic planning administration of Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys. In 2004 is appointed as a pro-rector of economy and finance, and in April 2007- as a first pro-rector of Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys. Since September, 2007 - Director of Department of forecasts and budgeting organization of Ministry of Education and Science of Russia. Ph. D. (in Engineering Science). Married, has a son. |
