Graduated from the Institute of economics and law with the specialty jurisprudence (1998). 1996-1998 - legal expert, head of department in Siberian stock life insurance company "Sibvostok". In 1998 worked as legal expert of Moscow state pedagogical university. 1998-2004 - chief specialist, adviser, deputy chief of administration of the Ministry of education and science of Russian Federation. In 2004-2010 - deputy chief of department, chief of department, deputy director of the department of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation. In June, 2010, she was appointed to the position of the director of Department of legal provision of the Ministry of education and science of Russia's activity. Ph. D. (in Economy, in Law). |
