In 1968 he graduated from the Moscow Machine-Tool Building Technical School and in 1974 he graduated from the Moscow Automotive Institute as an 'Engineer - Mechanic'. In 1968 - 1970 - he served in the Soviet Army. From 1971 to 1979 he was a Senior Technician, Engineer, Senior Engineer, Leading Engineer of the State Union Bureau of Instrument Engineering. In 1979 - 1988 - Senior Engineer, Expert in his Department of the Machine-Tool Industry of Gosplan in the USSR. In 1988 - 1991 - Senior Expert, Leading Specialist, Chief Specialist of the Cumulative Department of the Defense Complex of Gosplan in the USSR. In 1992 - Chief of the Sub-Department of the Economy of the Defense Complex and Conversion of the Ministry of economy and Finance of the Russian Federation. From 1992 to 2000 - Chief of the Sub-Department, Chief of the Department of Assurance of Defense, Security and Conversion, Chief of Department, Deputy Chief of Department of the Economy of Defense Industry, Deputy Chief, Chief, Head of the Cumulative Department of the Economy of the Defense Industry of the Ministry of the Economy of Russia. In 2000 - 2004 - Chief, Deputy Chief of the Cumulative Department of the Defense Industry, Chief of the Cumulative Department of Industry and Science of the ministry of Industry and Science of Russia. Since 2004 he has been the Director of the Department of Administration and State Service of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. |
