 | Mr. Sergei IVANETS Director of Department of Strategy and Perspective Projects in Education and Science Born on September 15, 1965 in Moscow. In 1988 he graduated from Moscow Engineering-Physics Institute in 'applied mathematics'. In 1989-1995 he was a probationer-researcher, a candidate of MEPI. From 1996 to 1999 he worked in the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a second secretary at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the USA. In 1999-2001 he was the chief expert at the Russian Aviation and Space Agency. From 2001 to 2006 he was a first secretary of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Argentina. In 2007-2008 he was a first assistant to the Minister of education and science of the Russian Federation. Since September 2008 he is the Director of Department of Strategy and Perspective Projects in Education and Science at the Ministry of education and science. Ph. D. (in technical science). He speaks English and Spanish. He is married and has two daughters. |
