Thus, the total volume of state support of innovative schools of Russia is 9 billion rubles. As a result of realization of priority national project remarks in school regulations in 70 regions have been removed; bodies of school self-government in 45 regions have been created (in about 20 regions they were created earlier); personal accounts of schools in 40 regions have been formed (earlier they were only on 18-20 regions); fullness of classes in countryside has been normalized (from 10 to 12 people); average age limit of teachers has been reduced (from 12% of pensioners to 11%); the material equipment of schools has been improved.
One of the contest criteria lay in the fact that a school, pretending for state support, should become a resource center for other schools, organizations of social sphere or local people. Thus, during the contest selection a practice of creating support schools, rendering accessible and qualitative education to a possibly wider circle of citizens was backed, schools, which provide teachers from other institutions with methodical help, promoting their professional growth.
For the first time such a scaled project on stimulation of training work personnel for high-technological productions in educational institutions of primary professional and secondary professional education took place. In all educational institutions without exception modern forms and methods of teaching were introduced, which had been challenged by the change of production technologies and equipment. A new format of institutional relations of business and education was worked through - a model of private-state partnership. The innovative educational programs of institutions-winners of the contest selection are aimed at perfecting of mechanism of interaction with employers.
Consequently, by the results of the contest selections of institutions of primary and secondary professional education, which introduce innovative educational programs, in 2007-2008 state support was given to 245 institutions. For realization of innovative programs means from the federal budget are given in the volume of 6,68 billion rubles. Co-financing of conducting actions at the expense of non-budget means of the institutions, means of budgets of the Russian Federation's subjects and means of employers is already more than 4,2 billion rubles.
