Payments for class managing

       Considering a special importance of pedagogical work in Russian schools within the priority national project "Education" the direction on additional money reward for performing the functions of a class master is functioning.

       Due to this direction of the national project for the first time in the system of education of Russia the status of a class master was normatively fixed. Also for the first time class masters get a considerable state support, which is the stimulus for activating pedagogical work in school. Besides, the national projects takes into account the specific character of work of a class master in countryside and in specialized education institutions, where at lower fullness of classes the volume of work remains considerable.

       Reward for class mastering has been paid since January, 1, 2006:

       - on the basis of 1000 rubles for class mastering in a class with fullness which is not less than the fullness stated for educational institutions by the corresponding standard regulations (for example, according to the standard regulation on specialized (correctional) educational institution in classes for children with hearing disabilities the maximum fullness up to 10 people is provided; consequently, in classes with fullness of 10 people and more the volume of reward is 1000 rubles);

       - on the basis of 1000 rubles for class mastering in a class with fullness of 14 people and more in institutions of general education, located in countryside, in evening (interchangeable) institutions of general education, military schools, military boarding schools, boarding schools of general education, educational institutions for orphans and children without parental care, boarding schools of general education with initial flying training, and educational institutions for children of preschool and primary school age;

       - for classes with fullness less than the fixed one the volume of reward lessens proportionally to the number of pupils.

       Besides, at payment of the reward guarantees, assignments on insurance fees for obligatory retirement insurance, for obligatory medical insurance, for obligatory social insurance in case of temporary disability and because of maternity, for obligatory social insurance from accidents at production and occupational diseases, stated by labor legislation of the Russian Federation, are taken into consideration.

       Thus, during 2006-2010 more than 800 thousand Russian teachers receive reward for carrying out the functions of a class master. From the federal budget for these purposes about 11,7 billion rubles are sent to all the Russian Federation's subjects annually.
