On 10-11 November 2011 the Ministry of Education and Science in concert with the center for social programs will hold the "Foster families forum"

       The forum will be attended by foster parents and child protection services from all constituent entities (a total of 250 attendants).

       The forum will highlight urgent issues regarding protection of personal and property rights of orphan children in foster families, support for foster families, evolving the foster-parents system, efficiency of the work with future parents, the new national association of foster parents. The forum will also provide law and psychological support for foster parents in attendance.

       Nonprofit and charitable organizations which support foster families will share their experience on 11 November 2011.
