20 billion rubles will be given for realization of projects of universities and enterprises cooperation in 2010-2012

       "20 billion rubles are planned to be given for realization of joint projects of universities and enterprises for development of science intensive production and stimulating of innovative activity in the Russian economics during three years", - marked the deputy Minister of education and science Vladimir Miklushevskiy on March, 3, 2010, at the meeting of the Ministry of education and science of Russia's board.

       The project of the corresponding resolution of the Government of Russia, elaborated by the Ministry, is published at the official site of the Ministry of education and science of Russia. In 2010 it is planned to give 6 billion rubles from the federal budget in 2010, 7 billion rubles - annually in 2011-2012.

       "This project is aimed at commercialization of science intensive technologies and ensures solution of the most important task on modernization of economics. At this the applications for receiving the financing can be given by just the enterprises, which is a guarantee of introduction of scientific elaborations to the industrial process", - underlined V.Miklushevskiy.

       The subsidies are given to manufacturing enterprises on a competitive basis for the period up to 3 years, with the volume of financing up to 100 million rubles annually. The volume of non-budget means, attracted by an enterprise, should be no less than the volume of the subsidy from the federal budget. At this no less than 20% non-budget means should be sent for co-financing of scientific researches in the university. The organization of the new high-technological production is conducted at the expense of means from non-budget sources, attracted by the enterprise.

       To receive financing enterprises will provide business-plans of organization of new high-technological production. The business-plans include scientific-research, experimental-design and (or) technological work, and also the stage of organization of production and production output.
