In 2010 school-leavers will receive certificates of new model

The Minister of education and science of the Russian Federation Andrei Fursenko has signed the order on approving new forms of documents of state model on basic and secondary (full) general education.
"School-leavers of 9th and 11th grades of already this school-year will be given certificates of a new model. For the first time it is fixed that the certificates have a whole range of protection measures (special paper, watermarks, invisible fibers), which should ease the check of their originality and improve the quality of printing art", - informed the Director of the Department of the state policy in education of the Ministry of education and science of Russia Igor Remorenko.
Besides, the certificates of both 11th and 9th grade now consist of hard cover, title sheet and appendix.
The hard cover of the certificate of the 11th grade has a blue color (a cherry color for those who are awarded by a golden or silver medal), on the front cover the words "the Russian Federation" and the image of the State emblem of the Russian Federation are printed in silver lettering (in golden - for "golden" medallists).
The hard cover of the certificate of the 9th form has a coffee color (for the certificate of excellency - a green), on the frond page the words "the Russian Federation" and the image of the State emblem of the Russian Federation are printed in blue lettering, in the certificates with excellency - in bronze.
